2014 WIN Annual Educational Conference
This year''s Power Up! event took place in San Diego, CA May 5 7, 2014 at the Paradise Point Resort Spa. We had record attendence that included 65 new members. The program was packed with powerful speakers and accomplished women in our industry with highlights below.
Michelle Sullivan served as the conference emcee and welcomed over 178 attendees to kick off the 8th Annual WIN Educational Conference. "When I "Anadrol 50" think about why I get so excited about WIN for me it is all about comaraderie." Sullivan said, "Comaraderie is the spirit of WIN." That spirit was evident throughout the conference.
Margaret Knell, 2013 2014 WIN Board of Directors Chariwoman, delivered a message about all of the accomplishments of WIN over the last year and recognized the corporate and conference sponsors for their support. Two individuals on the WIN board were also recognized for their outstanding efforts over the past year in support of the organization. Denise Caspersen and Ruth Weniger were presented the WIN Cornerstone Award as members who exemplify the values and vision of WIN.
Laurie Cusic, Senior Facilitator, Brody Professional Develoment, presented "Bridging the Generational Gap" which addressed the need to understand the generational differences present in the workplace. Attendees participated in a networking event with that theme in mind. Day 1 wrapped up with beautiful Welcome Luau Dinner on the beach Testosterone Cypionate Steroid of Paradise Point Island.
Day 2 began with many WINners lacing up for the Scholarship Walk. Thank you to all of you for your support! The conference featured 2 keynote speakers this year:
Dr. Her address to the WIN organization, "The Power of You" focused on the subject of "Achat Anabolisant Belgique" understanding your personal power, how "Anaboliset Aineet" that impacts the people around you, and how to use your personal power as an asset.
Colette Carlson is a business communication and motivational expert who engages corporations, associations and individuals worldwide in the art of speaking your truth to maximize results, revenue and relationships. "The Hard, Cold Truth Working Hard Isn''t Working" addressed conference attendees on how "Anaboliset Aineet" to communicate successes, cultivate connections and develop strategic relationships.
In the afternoon, particpants had the choice of attending three differnt workshops covering topics from technology, negotiation skills, and sustainability. "Truth About Negotiation: A$k and You Shall Succeed", was presented by Colette Carlson, who shared solid techniques to increase chances of negotiation success. of Keenan Autobody led another educational workshop on "The Green Revolution", sharing his own personal journey of how he incorporated sustainability and community stewardship within his orgainization and culture.
Day 2 concluded with the WIN Gala and Most Influencial Women Cermonmy to celebrate the acheivements Testosterone Cypionate How To Inject of this years honorees. Frederica Carter, President of F. Carter Events, LLC (formerly Communications Manager at AkzoNobel), Jordan Hendler, Tren 75 Pills Side Effects Executive Director, Washington Metropolitan Autobody Association, and Leanne Jefferies, Director, Collision Programs, AIA Canada, were recognized and introduced by their WIN colleagues and friends.
Day 3 began with John Kett, President and Chief Executive Officer "buy cheap jintropin online" of Insurance Auto Auctions (IAA). He presented "The Increasingly Interconnected APD System" covering the operational and technological forcast for IAA and key information about the direction of the industry. Jane Hylen, Senior Vice President, North Central Operations Enterprise Holdings, presented "Keys to Success" within the automotive industry. Through her own personal journey, she engaged attendees in a discussion and Q session that revolved around strategies to acheive long term career success and challenged particpants to "Hone your skills and steer towards challenges to eliminate the weakness".
Tracy Holberry, Sherwin Williams, presented the 2014 Scholarship Recipients, Stephanie Baker and Suzanna Hernandez, with a certificate for tuition and travel related expenses paid in full for any automotive training course at a Sherwin Williams Training Center of theri choice. Margaret Knell closed the conference with a summary of the events and officially passed the torch to Denise Caspersen, newley elected Chairwoman of the WIN Board of Directors.
